Welcome to the first edition of The Weekly Possibility! Each week, I'll explore WWE storyline possibilities, offering my take on where things could (or should) go. I encourage feedback, discussion, and debate because, in the Triple H era, anything is possible.
This week, let’s discuss the newly formed faction featuring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Travis Scott, and John Cena. With such a star-studded lineup, the biggest questions are:
Will more members join?
What will they call themselves? A modern NWO, or something new entirely?
Who, besides Cody Rhodes, will step up as their main opposition?
Paul “Triple H” Levesque and his creative team have been unpredictable since taking over, meaning the answers are just as limitless as the questions.
Who Should Join the Group?
Now, let’s dive into who I think would be a perfect fit for this faction. Some of these choices might be controversial, but hear me out.
Hulk Hogan – The Ultimate Heat Magnet
Yes, I said it. Hulk Hogan. Before you roll your eyes, think about it. The last time we saw Hogan, he was booed out of the building. If WWE wants this group to be dominant and despised, adding Hogan would supercharge the heat. Plus, like the rest of the group, he’s a part-timer who still carries name recognition. Imagine the reaction if Hogan walks out in all black alongside Rock and Cena.
Seth Rollins & Becky Lynch – The Power Couple’s Heel Turn
Now, let’s get a little more creative. Seth Rollins and CM Punk have been in a heated rivalry, and after Punk’s promo on Raw following Elimination Chamber, Becky Lynch was dragged into the mix.
What if this leads to a mixed-tag match:
Seth Rollins & Becky Lynch vs. CM Punk & [Insert Becky Rival Here]?
But here’s the twist—Punk’s partner gets injured. Cue a massive pop as AJ Lee returns to take her place. The match is intense, but just as Punk and AJ gain momentum, the faction strikes.
Hogan, Cena, and The Rock appear on the entrance ramp, causing a distraction. Travis Scott engages the ref while Seth uses an outside weapon to steal the victory. Suddenly, Rollins and Lynch stand side by side with the faction, solidifying their allegiance.
Why This Works
Some might argue this is far-fetched, but I’d counter—why not? We are in the Triple H era, where anything can happen. WWE thrives on shocking moments, and this storyline would check every box:
✔ Major star power
✔ A long-awaited AJ Lee return
✔ A shocking Rollins & Becky turn
✔ Hogan in a meaningful (yet limited) role
✔ A new dominant faction shaking up the landscape
This could be the defining storyline of 2025. But that’s just my weekly possibility. What’s yours?
Drop your thoughts in the comments! Who else should join this faction? Who should oppose them? Let’s talk.
